In-Person Psychotherapy
Our therapy is designed for trauma survivors and highly sensitive people who are ready for lasting change. Depending on your needs, you may work with one of our therapists in standard 60-minute EMDR-based sessions, or with our lead therapist in extended deep trauma work that integrates advanced approaches such as Parts Work and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). Whatever path you choose, our goal is to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a greater sense of safety, so you can feel more whole, grounded, and free.
Online Psychotherapy
Our online therapy is just as effective for trauma work as in-person therapy. Our therapy is designed for trauma survivors and highly sensitive people who are ready for lasting change. We go beyond talk to help you gently process and release deep emotional wounds using EMDR, Ego State Therapy, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). This work supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a greater sense of safety, so you can feel more whole, grounded, and free.
Psychotherapy Intensives
Our psychotherapy intensives are extended sessions (90 minutes to 4 hours) with our lead therapist, designed for clients who need deeper, more specialized care. These sessions go beyond the scope of a standard hour and are especially helpful for those working through complex PTSD, dissociation, or long-standing trauma patterns. Drawing on advanced approaches like EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and Parts Work, intensives create the space to do profound, focused healing in a safe and supportive way.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy is a welcoming space to learn helpful tools, practice calming skills, and feel more prepared for the healing journey ahead. Each group is guided with care and designed to support you in feeling steadier, stronger, and more connected.
Neurofeedback
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a safe, non-invasive approach that helps the brain self-regulate and reset. It uses subtle electromagnetic signals to support improvements in mood, focus, sleep, and emotional resilience. Many clients find LENS helpful for reducing symptoms related to anxiety, trauma, depression, and brain fog.
Biomat
The Biomat uses far infrared heat, negative ions, and amethyst crystals to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. For psychotherapy and neurofeedback clients, the Biomat can enhance sessions by calming the body, reducing anxiety, and promoting a greater sense of safety and presence. Its gentle warmth helps ease physical tension, making it easier to access emotional processing and integration.
